As an Insurance Account Representative for Stuart Smith State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- 100 sales outbound calls per day
- Billing solutions for customers
- Being held Accountable for calls and quotes
- 5 Auto quotes, 5 Fire quotes, and 5 Life quotes per day
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License
- Texas General Lines Life and Health License
- These 2 licenses need to be completed within the first 2 months of employment.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
